Late last month, Priceline had their biggest ever cosmetics sale with everything at 40%off for 2 days only. If you love makeup then I'm sure you would have been one of the many beauty enthusiasts rummaging through the products and waiting in the lengthy line-ups!
Close Ups and Deets...
I came across this nifty little eye brow grooming and defining set from Prestige. I'm one who can't leave the house without fixing my brows, so I was all over this. It's not often you see a tiny tweezer, mini eye brow brush, an eye brow stencil and a duo of eye brow powders all in one convenient compact! How clever is that?! I've seen a couple of higher-end brands that have similar kits, but not one that included an eye brow stencil! I'd say this was probably my most exciting find and purchase of the lot. Love it, and can't wait to try. ^_^ I love products that combine beauty and practicality.
Left to right:
I also purchased the Nail Rock in this really cool pattern for my friend. Unfortunately, I believe, these were the only ones not on sale out of the items I purchased. Will have to buy more of these next time. :) I do have one which I purchased from ASOS.com that I have yet to use!
I purchased four Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Polish Strips, since I enjoyed using them the first time. Left to right: 'Excusez Moi! (008), 'Noir Boudoir' (005), 'Love Letter' (410) (a repurchase), and 'Fingerlace Gloves'. :) You may seen an Instagram of me wearing 'Love Letter' on my nails ages ago if you follow me there.
Left to right: Sally Hansen Nail shaper & buffer; Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation in 'Bronze' (402). I'd been meaning to try the latter for some time as it's been raved about buy a number of beauty bloggers and awesome You Tubers like Tanya Burr. I've tried it a few times and so far I likey! :)
I just spotted this new Maybelline City Rescue Total Clean! Express Eye & Lip Makeup Remover (wow that's a long name!) and liked the price (-40% LOVE), the friendly travel size and the fact that it's new, so in the cart it went. :)
I bought my third(!) Models Prefer Professional MPP100 Airbrush - my favourite pharmacy/drug-store brand makeup brush that I've mentioned on my blog a few times. Despite the wooden handle coming off the ferrule on my second brush, I still like to use it. Hehe.
Oh, and I repurchased the Sally Hansen Nail Shaper as well (in first photo).
There you go. I hope this was somewhat interesting. /:-\ I do love a good bargain, so thought I'd share even though it's a little overdue. *blush*
Thanks for visiting. xo ^_^

It was really exciting and I hope Priceline will hold another one of these awesome sales (if not keep the 40% discount permanent LOL ;-) ).
I grabbed quite a few goodies including several products I've been wanting to try for some time, plus a few items for a friend of mine who is a bit of a nail polish junkie like myself. :)
Here they are...
- Rimmel Metal Rush nail polish (it's the latest one, but I don't recall the name because I've given it to my friend already! I purchased the Metal Rush from before - bluish duo-chrome colour and I absolutely love it, but they don't have it anymore). This one is a complex mix of rusty, green, copper and eggplant colour. The duo-chrome effect that the Metal Rush polishes give is pretty awesome!
- L'Oreal Color Rich Nail Polishes in 'Rue Montmartre' (607) and for my friend - 'Paris Avenues' (621). (I already have my own bottle of the latter myself, such a pretty colour).
- Maybelline Color Sensational Vivids Lip Color in 'Electric Orange' (912), because I've been on the hunt for the perfect orange lipstick.
Oh, and I repurchased the Sally Hansen Nail Shaper as well (in first photo).
